    Original Text :Κύπρον δὲ Πτολεμαῖος ᾑρηκὼς ἄνευ μιᾶς πόλεως Σαλαμῖνος, ἐν δὲ Σαλαμῖνι πολιορκῶν τοὺς παῖδας αὐτοῦ καὶ τὴν μητέρα κατειλημμένους.
     
    Translation :and next, that Ptolemy had taken Cyprus, with the exception of the single city of Salamis, and had shut up in Salamis under siege his children and his mother.

    Remark :victim: Although the text mentions more than one child of Demetrius under siege in Salamis, the other children are unknown to us. This is why only Antigonus is listed by name here.
