    Original Text :ἐπὶ τούτους ἐξουσίαν ἀνυπεύθυνον ὁ Ἄρατος λαβών τοὺς μὲν ἐν Σικυῶνι διεφθαρμένους ἀπέκτεινε,
     
    Translation :For the punishment of these men Aratus was clothed with absolute power, and seizing those in Sicyon who were thus corrupted he put them to death.
