perpetrator: The Athenian army of Alcibiades is probably mixed in its origion: Besides Attic/Athenian the soldiers have to be also Chersonesians and Thracian like as is said in 1.3.10.
The involvment of Alcibiades in this siege can be found in Xen. Hell. 1.3.20. longtermconsequence: Helixus, Coeratadas and all their troops surrender themselves and become prisioners (see also in Xen. Hell. 1.3.21).
