    Original Text :μέγιστον οὖν δυνάμενος ἐν τῇ πόλει διαπράττεται Τελευτίαν τὸν ὁμομήτριον ἀδελφὸν ἐπὶ τοῦ ναυτικοῦ γενέσθαι, καί στρατευσάμενος εἰς Κόρινθον αὐτὸς μὲν ᾕρει κατὰ γῆν τὰ μακρὰ τείχη, ταῖς δὲ ναυσὶν ὁ Τελευτίας〈κατὰ θάλατταν τὰς ναῦς καὶ τὰ ϝεώρια ᾕρηκε〉
     
    Translation :Having thus obtained very great influence in the city, he effected the appointment of Teleutias, his half-brother on his mother's side, as admiral. Then he led an army to Corinth, and himself, by land, captured the long walls, while Teleutias, with his fleet, seized the enemy's ships and dockyards.

    Notes :This act of violence ist known by Xen. Hell. 4.4.19. There is a lacuna in the text of Plutarch here, which is filled by editors on the basis of Xenophon.
